Notifier, undisputed leader of fire detection systems, has been one of the first companies to understand the need of evacuation system as a logical consequence of the fire detection, getting experience in many European countries where such systems have been used for many years.

Following the evolution of fire detection systems in which research and refinement is committed, Notifier has addressed this issue in a totally new way for the industry. Until now, public address systems started from adaptations of the sound through classic power amplifiers, constant voltage speaker lines, adding only the control unit. Notifier has implemented a system similar to the fire detection concept that is based on addressable peripheral modules including digital audio amplifier to drive the most appropriate speaker connected by bus-data to a control panel that includes the alarm signal generator and digital recording of voice messages evacuation.

The system also includes fully controlled emergency microphone stations (for VVF) and microphone stations operating with buttons for selecting zones and carrying forward of fault messages.

The advantage over traditional systems is substantial and should be intuitive: integration in the fire control panel, lower power consumption, simplification of the projects and design due to the speakers individually addressed and to the designation of areas by software.

Very important is the control of each speaker and saving during installation due to the reduction of the connection lines.

Particular attention has been also paid to the increasingly demands of customers who find on the market evacuation alarm system solution very expensive and large size devices.
